Sébastien welcomes you to his XVIII century home, authentically renovated with taste, situated in the Entre deux mers, between the plateau of Garonne and wooded hills, near the vineyards of the Sauternes, Saint Emilion, Pessac Léognan, Pomerol and the Loupiac.

Sébastien will be delighted to open the gates of this folie fiscale *, built of cut stone, and once owned in 1815 by Joseph Antoine Batanchon, a local tax collector, whose initials still remain on the gate.
